Rise Empowering Women and Children is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our mission is to embrace, educate, and empower women and children—particularly young women aging out of foster care—by providing safe, stable housing and holistic programming that fosters healing, self-sufficiency, and hope for the future. Through transitional housing, mentorship, and social enterprise initiatives, Rise creates a supportive path forward for vulnerable families and helps them build lives marked by dignity, purpose, and lasting transformation.
